Depending on the channel and specific use, we may process, among others:

• Tool usage data: when Tools are operational, technical metrics needed to operate and improve the service (sessions, frequency or other behavioral signals), in aggregated form or linked to technical identifiers.

3. Purpose of processing

Primary purposes (necessary for the service)

• Operate the Sponsware site and associated digital tools.
• Handle contact requests, updates list and new tool requests.
• Provide each Tool's function when you use it.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.

Secondary purposes

• Improve the site, Tools and service quality (aggregated or anonymized when possible).
• Site usage analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) only if you accept the consent banner.
• Send Sponsware launch updates when you have provided your email for that purpose.

4. Data transfers

Sponsware does not sell or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the service.

Service providers necessary to operate the service may be involved, for example:

• MKS Soluciones, to process contacts, email acknowledgments and record tool usage after accepting Tool terms of use.
• Google Analytics (property G-ZL2V21YV64) and Microsoft Clarity, when you accept site analytics.
• Cloud hosting, CDN, email (SMTP) or infrastructure providers needed to operate sponsware.com and the Tools.

Transfers are made only when necessary for the described purposes or when permitted or required by law.

5. ARCO rights

You may exercise your Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition (ARCO) rights, as well as limit the use or disclosure of your data, in accordance with the LFPDPPP.

2. Include: full name, means to receive a response, clear description of your request and, if applicable, documents proving your identity or representation.
3. We will respond within the timeframes established by the LFPDPPP (generally up to 20 business days to communicate the determination, and up to 15 additional business days to carry it out, when applicable).

6. Consent withdrawal

When processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without retroactive effect, by sending your request to the same ARCO email above.

For site analytics (Google Analytics and Clarity), you can manage your choice from the consent banner (accept/decline).

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The sponsware.com site may use:

• Browser local storage to remember your analytics consent decision (sponsware_consent_analytics) and, if applicable, acceptance of Tool terms of use (sponsware_tools_terms_v1).
• Google Analytics (ID G-ZL2V21YV64), only after accepting the banner: pages visited and interaction events (e.g. tool usage).
• Microsoft Clarity (project xzd089hjho), only after accepting the banner: heatmaps, session recordings and interaction metrics.

Tools, when in production, may use session or temporary technical storage needed to process files. You can delete cookies and site storage from your browser settings.

8. Data retention

• Form and contact data: as long as necessary to handle the request and legal retention periods.
• Updates list: while you do not request removal or exercise ARCO cancellation/opposition rights.
• Files processed in Tools: ordinarily only as long as necessary to complete the requested operation.
• Technical logs and metrics: as long as necessary to operate, secure and improve the service.

This Privacy Notice may be updated due to product improvements, provider changes or legal requirements. Changes will be published on this page. The last update date appears at the top.
