1. Summary

Sponsware offers free digital tools to solve practical online needs, without requiring a paid subscription for ordinary use of the published catalog.

Use of the sponsware.com site or any Tool implies acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

3. Definitions

• Tool: the digital software that Sponsware develops, publishes and maintains (code, interface, infrastructure and updates) made available to users.
• User: the person who uses the site or a Tool to solve a practical need (process files, generate codes, etc.), without acquiring ownership rights over the software.
• Credits: digital consumption units (for example, voice characters) that the User may optionally purchase for premium features of certain Tools (e.g. Voice Mode).

4. Scope of service

Sponsware provides free digital Tools "as is". Free access does not include personalized commercial support, guarantee of a specific result or assignment of software rights.

Some Tools may be in development or "coming soon"; in that case the catalog indicates it and full use may not be available.

Notwithstanding the above, certain optional features may require purchasing Credits or other charges, as described in Credits, purchases and payments.

5. Ownership and intellectual property

Each Tool (code, design, architecture, documentation, Sponsware trademarks and updates) is the exclusive property of Sponsware / MKS Soluciones (Miguel Ángel Bocanegra Alcocer). Use does not imply assignment of rights.

Copying, reselling, sublicensing, decompiling, modifying or creating derivative works of the software without written authorization is prohibited.

Files or content the User uploads to process in a Tool belong to that User (those files only), not Sponsware's code or design.

6. Data and privacy

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Notice and the LFPDPPP. Sponsware does not sell Users' personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the service, except as required by law or through providers necessary to operate the site and Tools.

7. Credits, purchases and payments

Some Tools (for example, FinalPoint Voice Mode) allow the User to optionally purchase Credits. The main Sponsware catalog remains free to use; purchasing Credits enables or extends consumption features (e.g. speech synthesis or transcription).

7.1 Payment processor

Payments are processed through Mercado Pago (or another processor Sponsware indicates at the time of purchase). By paying, the User is also subject to the processor's terms. Sponsware does not store the User's full bank card details.

7.2 Digital good and no refund

Credits are a digital consumption good. Once payment is credited to the User's account (available balance), Credits are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or for an error attributable to Sponsware (e.g. double charge or proven failure to credit).

Credits are not transferable electronic money, do not earn interest and do not confer ownership of the software. They may be consumed according to each Tool's rules.

7.3 Receipt

When a purchase follows WhatsApp verification, the receipt or acknowledgment may be sent to the verified number linked to the account. The User is responsible for keeping that channel accessible.

8. Limitation of liability

The Tool is provided "as is" and subject to availability. Sponsware does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sponsware is not liable for direct or indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, service interruption or other harm arising from use or inability to use the Tool.

The User must have Internet access and a compatible device/browser. We recommend keeping copies of original files before processing them.

9. Acceptable use

Use of the site and Tools must be lawful. Bypassing security measures, deliberately overloading infrastructure, abusively automating the service, or uploading illegal, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene content or content that violates third-party rights is prohibited.

Sponsware may suspend or limit access upon reasonable indications of misuse.

10. Modifications

Sponsware may update these Terms. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the site or Tools constitutes acceptance of the current version.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For interpretation and dispute resolution, the parties submit to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction.
